Thai Nakarin Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Really like the owners, they truly put their hearts into the food they prepare. The food itself is incredible, I truly can say it's the best Thai I have had, including that on New York. My reason for only 4 stars is the new location, it's an old bar and smells like an old bar. It has no ambience, class or inviting concept... Unfortunately we don't recommend the restaurant as a place to dine but we do recommend it as a takeout for Thai food... Oh well maybe one day they will make it a place to be!?!

We went here from a friend's suggestion. The pad Thai was gross. It was mushy and looked like gruel. I've had many versions of pad Thai and this was my least favorite. The waiter seemed put off by our dislike of the dish. He exchanged our meal for a rice plate that was decent but still acted ticked off. We won't be going here again.

So, first off, they moved. So when we called to get the new address, they told us it would be on hour wait and to come another night. On a Monday night! We went anyway, thinking that maybe there was a slight exaggeration. When we arrived there were 2 groups of 8. The rest of the tables, about 7 or 8, were empty. We asked if we could sit anywhere and he said yes, but it's an hour wait. We asked why, since they were all served; he said he had 2 orders to go and 2 tables of 8 - we left! The food looked good, but didn't like the attitude or lack of interest in pleasing customers. So why the bigger place if they can't get the food out?

Its tough to find a specialty restaurant in Lake Havasu, let alone one that is very good. Be patient, this place is ran by a husband and wife and their focus isn't the customer experience, but the food is very good and well worth a try.

We had lunch here today and I have to say the quality of the food was very good. Being from NYC I frequently eat Thai food so I thought we would give this place a try while in town visiting family. The food was not perfect though, however it was just some minor things. The drunken noodles (spicy noodles on the menu) were very tasty, but a bit oily. The curry dishes were also very flavorful, but just a tad on the sweet side. The Thai tea was also good, but is also a bit on the sweet side. The service needs a little work. We sat ourselves as there was no one to greet us and we waited for at least five minutes before finding the server. But after that the service was pretty good and we didn't wait long to get our food. We will definitely be going back.

This is my second time here in a week and a half. Last week I ordered the Spicy Basil lunch special, medium hot, with tofu and a salad - and not only was it delicious, it was spicy hot! The new location (Yelp shows the old location address) near In n Out leaves a little to be desired in ambiance but the food makes up for it. Last week, my friend had the pad Thai and said it was very yummy. Today I'm having the Ginger lunch special with tofu - I'll update this review to let you know how it is. Don't let the exterior or the sparse interior put you off from having some great Thai food. Edited to add: the Ginger lunch special with tofu was exceptionally tasty with lots of big slivers of fresh ginger. My friend's Shrimp Fried Rice had a number of large grilled shrimp and he said it was delicious, too. I'll definitely be back here again before heading out of the desert for the summer. Then I'll be back next winter :)

Horrible service. Came here Sunday afternoon for labor day weekend. Found hair in the food and when we told the server, there were no apologies, actually attitude. Food is great. Although they should have hot sauce atleast. What restaurant does not carry hot sauce. Again when asked, the guy didn't even try to accomodate.

The new location was very nice. It seems like it is a converted bar so there are lots of long tables and the area feels very spacious. I had the pad see ew with beef and a thai iced tea and was satisfied with my meal. My mom had the pad thai and there did seem to be a lot of sauce and the flavor was a little different from what I've usually tasted in pad thai, a little more fishy. Overall, the service was quick and nice and it was a cute place. We will be eating at Tha Nakarin again and trying a few more items on their menu.

I typically don't write reviews unless it's amazing or terrible. I just don't have the time. This place however, I'll make time for. I always try something different (try to at least) and everything has been great. Especially the curry. The heat (1-5) isn't that spicy so anything below a 3, you're selling yourself short. Prices are cheap, food is awesome. Enjoy!

First things first! I love peanut sauce, their Noodle & peanut sauce chicken is BOMB! Hands down the BEST I've ever had anywhere. All their Curry is great and without a doubt every morsel of food prepared here is fresh & flavorful. Husband & wife family ran restaurant that will not disappoint in flavor and freshness!!

Very yummy Thai food, very authentic, we went there for dinner at 5 on a Saturday and we were the only ones in there the whole time, thought that was strange, but food was very good, service was fast and the waiter was very polite! I recommend the Thai iced tea, first time I've ever tried it was at this place and it is amazing!

They moved next to IHOP. Much bigger place. I am glad they are still in business:). Always enjoy their food. Spicy Noodles is my favorite.

Excellent authentic Thai food! I eat lots of Thai food and this is right up there at the top of my list. Our party of four all had different dishes and we all enjoyed each item. Drunken noodles is my favorite....medium spicy! Housed in a former pizza joint so the ambiance is a little lacking. There is sometimes a little wait for your food but it is made to order and comes out hot. I appreciate that each plate comes out when ready instead of sitting under heat lamps waiting for the other dishes. These small things won't keep me from eating here every time I am in Havasu. Highly recommended.

The worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. Customer service was terrible. I found a long hair strand in my chicken curry and when I addressed it the owner, he was not at all apologetic and he also tried to say it may be my hair. My friend asked for hot sauce and he rolled his eyes at her because he didn't have it. I will NEVER eat here again.
